With a hands-on approach to learning, campers will focus on developing phonetic skills, sight reading vocabulary, pre-mathematic, and basic operation skills.
Primary (Grades 1 to 3) Campers will be placed on an individualized programme, designed to enhance language skills, problem solving strategies, as well as developing immediate recall of basic math facts. Emphasis will be placed on enrichment, remediation, and review as required.
Junior (Grades 4 to 6) With a low camper/teacher ratio, campers will have fun as their learning experiences are integrated into our exciting weekly themes. The Language Arts programme will be based on reading comprehension, essay writing, public speaking, and debate groups. For those who enjoy the world of math, we are offering our ‘Mathematical Odyssey’, where campers will be challenged by ‘problems of the day’, games, competitions, and secret spy codes.
- Academic studies will be balanced with an equal amount of Vacation Camp fun throughout the day.
